Owner of J4 Fencing & Services, LLC, Cuatro has established himself as one of Texas’s leading experts on ranch construction and development.  Cuatro grew up in rural Wharton County and has been involved in the farming and ranching industry his whole life.   As a high school student in El Campo, Texas, in 1994, Cuatro began building high fences for deer/exotic game and security and field fencing as a part-time profession.  He continued to build his company while attending Texas A&M University, where he and his wife graduated in 2002.  Since then, the Stracks have created a comprehensive fencing and building solutions business that serves clients across the country.  As a result of his successful fencing business, he has developed relationships with hundreds of ranch owners. Meet Harleigh Strack, a Texas A&M Agricultural Economics student. Harleigh’s father is the J4 Legacy Properties Broker, Cuatro Strack, and growing up with him, she has learned valuable lessons and knows the value of quality land. Growing up raising whitetail deer and Brahman cattle, she has first-hand experience in knowing what a customer needs when investing in real estate. She has been working towards her aspiration since a young age, earning her Commercial Pilots License and Certified Flight Instructors (CFI) license, her real estate license, and her manufactured home salesperson license.
