J4 Legacy Properties, LLC was co-founded by Cuatro and Stephanie Strack, who lead the J4 Heritage Group, and Cuatro's sister Sioux Smith, who holds her own Texas Broker license and operates independently as a Broker Individual. They didn't get into real estate because it was the obvious next step. They built it because they saw a gap, too many ranch sellers stuck with agents who didn't understand land, and too many ranch buyers making expensive mistakes because nobody told them the truth about what they were buying.
Cuatro spent decades building fences for some of Texas's toughest ranch owners before he ever hung a real estate sign. He built J4 Fencing & Services into one of the leading ranch construction companies in the state. He knows water systems, fence placement, soil quality, and the real cost of improving raw land, because he's done it with his own hands.
Stephanie brings agricultural expertise, strategic business development, and licensed real estate leadership. She supports brokerage operations, agent development, and the marketing infrastructure that makes every listing reach the right buyer.
Together they built the J4 Companies ecosystem, fencing, water, real estate, prefab homes, storage, power, so that clients never have to go looking for someone they can trust. They're already in the room.
